Refunds

  • Due to the handmade, bespoke (made-to-order) nature of our confetti bundles, we have a strictly no returns policy but please do contact us if you have any problems with your order.
  • If you cancel your order and we have not yet ordered your supplies to make your order – generally 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day, we will refund the full amount of the order less charges applied to us from the funds collection (Payfast fee) service company.
  • For cancelled orders with late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@confettibundles.co.za
  • Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@confettibundles.co.za and we will send you the return address. Shipping will be for your own account.
  • Shipping: To return your product, email us at info@confettibundles.co.za and we will send you the return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
