Due to the handmade, bespoke (made-to-order) nature of our confetti bundles, we have a strictly no returns policy but please do contact us if you have any problems with your order.
If you cancel your order and we have not yet ordered your supplies to make your order – generally 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day, we will refund the full amount of the order less charges applied to us from the funds collection (Payfast fee) service company.
During COVID-19 Lockdown, if the lockdown rules are being applied, please notify us 2 weeks prior to your wedding if you no longer require our confetti. We will assume your wedding is being rescheduled and that the confetti will be used at the later date. A 50% refund will apply should you no longer want your order.
For cancelled orders with late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
