- Due to the handmade, bespoke (made-to-order) nature of our confetti bundles, we have a strictly no returns policy
- If you cancel your order and we have not yet ordered your supplies to make your order – generally 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding day, we will refund the full amount of the order less charges applied to us from the funds collection (Payfast fee) service company.
- For cancelled orders with late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
