Do you offer refunds?
Due to the bespoke, handmade nature of our Confetti Bundles, all orders are made specifically for your wedding and we are therefore unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has started.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll always do our best to help.
Do you deliver throughout South Africa?
Yes.
We deliver nationwide using trusted courier partners.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
At this stage, we only deliver within South Africa.
How much confetti do I need?
This depends on your wedding plans and budget.
If your photographer is planning a confetti toss with a countdown, we usually recommend providing confetti for around half of your guests, as not everyone will participate.
Many couples also purchase extra Confetti Wands for their bridal party to use during their private photo session, creating beautiful, natural photographs before the ceremony.
Others choose a combination of Confetti Wands, Petal Boxes and Petal Bags, sometimes alongside bubbles for younger guests.
If you’re unsure which option is right for your wedding, we’re always happy to help you choose the perfect bundle.
Can I place a rush order?
Yes, depending on availability.
Our standard production time is 6 weeks, allowing us to source your preferred petals, colours and packaging and handcraft everything especially for your wedding.
If your wedding is less than 6 weeks away, please contact us before placing your order. Rush orders are completed using available stock, so colour and packaging options may be more limited.
We’ll always do our best to accommodate your wedding date whenever possible.
When should I order?
You can place your order up to 12 months before your wedding.
Ordering early allows you to secure today’s pricing, reserve your wedding date and tick one more item off your wedding checklist.
We begin creating your Confetti Bundle approximately 6 weeks before your wedding, ensuring your petals arrive looking their absolute best.
Orders are typically dispatched 1–2 weeks before your wedding.
If your preferred petals become unavailable due to seasonal supply, we’ll contact you immediately to discuss suitable alternatives.
When will my order be shipped?
Every Confetti Bundle is handmade specifically for your wedding.
Production begins around 6 weeks before your wedding, with dispatch usually taking place 1–2 weeks before your wedding date.
Once shipped, delivery generally takes:
- 3–5 working days for major centres.
- Slightly longer for regional or remote areas.
If your order is urgent, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether we can accommodate your timeline.

Collection can sometimes be arranged for urgent orders by prior arrangement, although we primarily operate as an online store.
Do you use fresh petals?
No.
We only use carefully dried natural petals that are specially prepared for wedding confetti. They create beautiful photographs, are lightweight to throw and last much longer than fresh petals.
How long do the petals last?
When stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, our dried petals typically last anywhere from 6 months to 5 years, depending on the flower variety.
For the best results, we recommend keeping them sealed until your wedding day.
Can I book my Confetti Bundle in advance?
Absolutely.
Many of our couples order several months before their wedding.
Booking early allows you to:
- Secure today’s pricing.
- Reserve your wedding date.
- Reduce last-minute wedding planning stress.
We’ll contact you closer to your wedding to confirm your final details before production begins approximately 6 weeks before your wedding.
How much confetti do I need for decorating tables or aisles?
Tables
We recommend 1 Aisle Bag for approximately 2 guest tables seating 8–10 guests each.
Aisles
For decorating aisles, we recommend:
- ½ Aisle Bag per linear metre for a light border.
- 1 Aisle Bag per linear metre for a fuller border.
- 1 Aisle Bag per square metre for moderate floor coverage.
- 2 Aisle Bags per square metre for heavy coverage.
Petal Circles
As a guide:
- 3 m² circle: 4–5 Aisle Bags.
- 7 m² circle: 8–9 Aisle Bags.
Can I choose my petal colours?
Yes.
Choose from our range of naturally dried petals and colour combinations to complement your wedding theme.
As our petals are made from natural flowers, availability may vary seasonally. If your selected petals are unavailable, we’ll contact you immediately to discuss the closest alternatives.
Are your petals biodegradable?
Yes.
All of our petals are natural, dried flowers and are fully biodegradable, making them a beautiful and environmentally friendly alternative to paper or plastic confetti.
We recommend checking with your wedding venue beforehand, as every venue has its own confetti policy.
