Because our products are handmade, made-to-order and often prepared specifically for your event date, we ask all customers to review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Refund Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

If you cancel your order within this 24-hour period, we will refund your order value less any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers.

After 24 hours, production planning, material reservation and order preparation begins. For this reason, orders become non-refundable after 24 hours.

Returns

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect quantity ordered by the customer
  • Wedding cancellations after production planning has started
  • Wedding postponements after preparation has started
  • Personal preference changes after ordering

As our products are prepared specifically for each wedding, all sales are considered final once production planning begins.

Changes To Existing Orders

If you need to make changes to an existing order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Increasing quantities

If you wish to increase your order quantity after placing your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability. Additional charges will apply.

Decreasing quantities

Requests to reduce order quantities after an order has been placed may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of preparation and production.

Changes cannot be guaranteed once production has commenced.

Personalised & Custom Orders

Orders containing custom or personalised elements are strictly non-refundable.

This includes products with:

  • Personalised wedding details
  • Custom tags
  • Custom packaging
  • Special requests prepared specifically for your wedding

Once confirmed, personalised orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

To assess the issue, customers may be required to provide:

  • Clear photographs of the packaging
  • Photographs of the product received
  • Order details and delivery information

Once reviewed, we will determine the most appropriate resolution which may include replacement, refund, or another suitable outcome.

Courier & Shipping Issues

Once an order has been dispatched and handed to our courier partner, delivery timelines are no longer fully within our control.

We guarantee dispatch timelines only and cannot guarantee courier delivery dates once parcels are in transit.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details entered at checkout are correct.

If incorrect delivery information is provided and a parcel needs to be reshipped, additional courier charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Where parcels are damaged during transit, we may investigate directly with the courier provider before determining the appropriate resolution.

Wedding Date Changes

If your wedding date changes, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where production has not progressed significantly, we may be able to accommodate date changes.

If production has already commenced, refunds may not be possible and requests will be reviewed at our discretion. Some of petals last longer than 12 months.

Natural Product Variations

Our confetti products are created using natural dried petals and botanical materials.

Because these are natural products, slight variations may occur in:

  • Colour
  • Petal size
  • Texture
  • Overall appearance

These natural variations are normal and do not qualify for refunds or returns.
