Welcome to Confetti Bundles.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Wedding Date Requirement

Customers are required to provide their wedding or event date when placing an order.

Production scheduling is based on the date provided.

Confetti Bundles is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect event dates submitted by customers.

2. Order Lead Times

Orders should ideally be placed at least 6 weeks before your wedding date.

A minimum production period of 4 weeks is generally required for sourcing, preparation and packaging.

Late orders may not be accepted.

3. Rush Orders

Rush orders are generally not accepted.

Urgent orders may only be accommodated if product stock is already available.

Availability for urgent orders is not guaranteed and customers must enquire before placing an order.

4. Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

Once confirmed, production planning begins based on your wedding date.

5. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade and event-specific nature of our products:

  • No returns are accepted
  • No exchanges are offered
  • No refunds are provided once an order has been confirmed

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before purchase.

7. Product Variations

Our confetti products are made from natural dried flower petals.

As these are natural botanical products, slight colour variations may occur between batches.

Natural variation is considered normal and does not affect product quality.

8. Product Availability

Availability may vary based on seasonal flower supply and production capacity.

We reserve the right to limit or decline orders where product availability is affected.

9. Product Quantity Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring they order sufficient product quantities for their event.

Confetti Bundles cannot be held responsible where insufficient quantities are ordered by the customer.

10. Personalisation Requests

We offer standard products as displayed on our website.

Limited personalisation may be accommodated where possible.

Personalisation requests are handled at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

11. Accuracy of Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all information submitted during checkout is correct, including:

  • Wedding date
  • Delivery address
  • Contact information
  • Product selection and quantities

Confetti Bundles is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect customer information.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control including:

  • Courier disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Supplier shortages
  • Power outages
  • Civil disruptions
  • Unexpected operational interruptions
