At Confetti Bundles, every order is carefully prepared specifically for your event.

Please review our shipping and returns policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within South Africa only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Courier Partners

Orders may be shipped using:

Courier selection may vary depending on destination and customer preference.

3. Production Time

Orders should ideally be placed at least 6 weeks before your wedding date.

A minimum production period of 4 weeks is generally required before dispatch.

Customers ordering close to their wedding date do so at their own risk.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Confetti Bundles cannot guarantee courier delivery dates.

Once an order has been dispatched, courier delivery timelines fall outside our control.

5. Rush Orders

Rush orders are rarely possible.

Urgent orders may only be accepted where stock is already available.

Customers must contact us before placing urgent orders.

6. Customer Storage Responsibility

Once delivered, customers are responsible for storing products correctly.

Products should be stored:

7. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, customers must contact us immediately upon delivery.

Photographic evidence may be required.
